Before you send it

The questions shops ask on the first order.

Is the lead time really two weeks?

Yes — two weeks, every order, and you can see where the job sits at every stage. If a job needs to land on a specific day, put the date in the notes and we'll confirm it on the quote.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Four doors for a punch list or four hundred for a multifamily job run on the same sheet, at the same speed and the same build quality.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Fill in the sheet above and send it. If you order with us regularly, a My account login saves your defaults and order history — but it's optional.

How should I measure?

Finished door size, width × height, in inches. Our door measuring instructions cover overlay and inset math, and the hinge configurator sets the boring pattern from your cabinet type.

Where do you ship?

Nationwide by UPS or LTL freight, on our own trucks across New England, or pick up at the shop in Methuen, MA.
