Before you send it

The questions shops ask on the first order.

Can I send a cut list or shop drawings?

Yes. Upload your cut list, drawings or a photo of the job sheet on the order form, or type the sizes in line by line. Boxes are built to the sizes you give us.

What lead time can I plan an install around?

One week from order confirmation, every order, with email updates at each stage and a customer portal to check progress. Put a hard install date in the notes and we confirm it on the quote.

How does shipping and freight work?

Boxes ship nationwide by UPS or LTL freight, on our own truck across New England, or you pick up at the shop in Methuen, MA. Freight is quoted with the order.

How do first orders and reorders work?

New customers get a quote first — approve it by email and pay securely, then the order goes into production. Reorders run from your order history in the customer portal.
